- Responsible for leading & managing the critical financial aspects of the Organization

- The role will not only be an exceptional accountant and hands-on with company finances but will also be commercially aware, advising on the best path of growth for the business.

- The role will have overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and is expected to analyze figures and implement recommendations based on these findings, with the most profitable outcomes.

- Responsible for the development and through implementation for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives & assist in formulating the company's future direction & supporting tactical initiatives.

- Include financial reporting on a timely basis, maintaining bank and other credit institution relationships, cash management, budget preparation, contract review and approval, coordination of annual audit, tax returns, governmental information returns and overall interface between the company's function with the various groups internal & external stakeholders

- The role holder must be in the forefront of analyzing and reporting on financial performance and create a clear cut Accounting policies for the company, also ensuring to streamline the Audit and tax functions

- Manages the capital request, budgeting processes & financial trends and forecasts.

- Lead role in developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive project costing system.

- Complete yearly budget & review requests with justifications & approving the market budgets & Head office budget and consolidation of books

- Participate in budget meetings, evaluate budget policies and procedures, and make recommendations as necessary.

- Monitor budget versus actual figures and works with Country Managers & Area Directors to develop strategies to control expenses

- Review all budgets and compare with actual reports on a monthly basis by identifying any areas of concern to Management for Markets & Head office.

- Approve Purchase Orders & verifying it by checking availability of sufficient budget.

- Analyze, calculate, finalize & issues the sales staff commission to all Business Countries.

Strategic Leadership

- Monitor & direct the implementation of strategic business plans. Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk.

- Responsible for directing and implanting the new age, transformational financial planning




- Provide leadership to the Boards Finance and Accounting strategy, to optimize the company's financial performance and strategic position.

- Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, expansion targets etc

- Proven ability to analyze, break-down and interpret a wide variety of information and form a strategic opinion while addressing operational implications

- Direct the team to bring in and implement better, relevant and updated digital strategy to ensure that the organization leverages innovative ways of achieving the functional Milestones of the finance department.

- Develop the KPIs for Finance departments, ensuring alignment with core strategies of the organization

- Being part of a new leadership team driving transformation & growth, with long term perspective

- Must leverage the opportunity to Shape/Own/Drive/Transform the Finance function at a Global Headquarter level with a large scope of responsibilities

- Having the opportunity to bring the role to the next level, implementing best multinationals practices while also adapting to local specificities

- Must lead complex projects and bringing them to conclusion while persuasively champion new strategic ideas, as supported by sound rationale and analysis, and drive change within the department

- Provide technical knowledge and support for a team of Finance professionals responsible for the support and control various aspects of the Business
