Supply Chain Management Controller - FMCG - CA 


- Overall Management of Logistic and Warehousing Cost

- SCM Budget Controlling Actuals

- Monitoring commercial compliances of all Regional Distribution Centers ( RDCs)

- Involvement in financial negotiations and cost/ performance benchmarking of SCM Dept.

- Assist in appointment of 3PL Operators for all RDCs and their performance review on a periodic basis

- Finalizing legal contracts with all SCM Vendors

- Assist in the liquidation of slow-moving stocks

- MIS and Reporting

- Impact Analysis of Logistics and Warehousing Cost and taking necessary actions to ensure cost optimization

- Ensuring Legal Compliances at all RDCs

- Ensuring insurance cover of all stocks

- Reduction in stock holding days

- Handling Cost saving projects of SCM Dept

- Regular visits to RDCs and ensuring zero Non-compliance on legal & commercial compliances and safety

- Liquidation of slow and Non-moving stock by regular bidding and other effective measures

- Performance review on a quarterly basis

- Monthly structured MIS and reporting to Management for corrective actions

Knowledge (Technical / Functional) :

- SAP ( Operative knowledge)

- Proficiency in Excel and presentation skills
