Role: Finance Controller - Supply Chain Finance

CA with 5-10 yrs from Supply Chain Industry

- Responsible for Budgetary Planning and Strategic Planning

- Driving Cost Management Projects (Cross-Functional and otherwise)

- Leading Negotiations for Cost Controls and building Negotiation strategy.

- Setting up Commercial Processes across Logistics Network

- Business Case Evaluations for New Businesses

- Driving Cost-effective solutions for Order Management, Shipping costs and Consolidation. 

- Financial Planning, Reporting across Value chains 

- Benchmarking costs with Competition, Category, other geographies and building action plans

- Competition Tracking - Tax Planning, networking and optimization

- Spearheaded long-term budgetary planning and cost management and aligned the same with the business strategy Partnering effectively with management and divisional heads,

- Assisting them with their financial and business planning. Assist in defining performance measurement KPI's for various business units.

- Capital expenditure - investment evaluation, analysis, accounting, and reporting

- Designing and implementing systems and procedures to ensure timely invoicing to a client and fast resolution of disputes to reduce debtor turnover ratio and thereby maintaining positive working capital.

- Performing Analytical review and evaluation of internal financial control system to check revenue leakage
