JOB TITLE : Finance Controller Department : Finance Report to : CFO Basics functions : The Finance Controller position is accountable for the day to day finance activities, accounting activities, financial functions, Internal Control, Cash Flow, SAP systems of the company, team manage and report accurate financial results. Principal accountabilities are: Job Description 1. Preparation of daily Financial, Operational reports &amp; Cash flow report, should be submitted daily before 10 am. 2. Daily collection follow up 3. Daily data entry check in SAP and confirm system is updated in daily with the team. 4. Daily checking all documents(PO, GRN, DN, Invoice knocking off) before processing any payment. 5. Preparation of cheque after confirming all documents(PO, Invoice, SOA, GRN &amp; DO ) are attached. 6. Preparation of daily Financial, Operational reports &amp; Cash flow report, should be submitted daily before 10 am. 7. Weekly review of all ledgers including non-posting group GL and rectification with Team before month end. 8. Daily supervision &amp; guide the finance team, and confirm they are doing their responsibilities in time 9. Weekly review of Trial Balance and rectification of incorrect entry 10. Weekly closing of accounts in SAP(Cash, Bank, Invoice, PO, Stores, expenses, sales invoicing &amp; Consumption) 11. Posting of monthly JV by yourself(provisions-Expenses, Depreciation, adjustment, Customer debit note &amp; credit note, Salary) in SAP before month end (27th). 12. Month end Reconciliation and preparation of reports: Inventory, Bank, Cash, Customer balance, Vendor balance, should be submitted before the 3rd day from end of month. 13. Monthly statutory compliance( Payroll tax, corporate tax, deductions) 14. Preparation of monthly Financial Statements(PL, BS, CF, all schedules), should be submitted before the 6th day from end of month. 15. Preparation of monthly Management Accounts, should be submitted before the 6th day from end of month. 16. Preparation of monthly Variance Analysis between budgeted and actuals, with explanation, should be submitted before the 6th day from end of month. 17. Monthly physical stock counts with Teams, preparation of reconciliation with system quantity, should be submitted before the 4th day from end of month. 18. Quarterly 100% balance confirmation on all Customers and vendors, should be submitted before the 6th day from end of quarter. 19. Preparation of inter company reconciliation at end of every month, should be submitted before the 2nd day from end of month. 20. Responsible to prepare of proposal of Cost reduction plan, should be submitted before the 7th day from end of month. 21. Preparation of schedules of annual statutory Audit and for other parties as required. 22. Directly day to day involvement in SAP implementation, budget preparation &amp; Implementation, and implementation of Finance policies and MIS. 23. Manage day to day operations of the existing cost accounting function from management of current rates to monthly close and analysis, monthly cost report analysis should be submitted before the 7th day from end of month. EDUCATION: - Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting - Master of Commerce - Accounting Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA/CMA) Experience - A minimum of 10 years- experience in the field of Finance, Accounts and Auditing of a big size manufacturing organization.
