Finance controller for High Growth Stage StartUp, Bangalore

Relevant Experience : 5-10 Years

CA Rank Holder with Big4 + new age startup experience

Role Description :

- Work closely with Leadership, CFO.

- Preparing Annual Operating Plan for the company

- Managing treasury- including investing excess funds, making routing payments

- FP&A- Budgeting, forecasting, variance Analysis, Cost control.

- Accounting- Manage books of accounts. Review of entire accounting

- Financial reoprting/MIS- Review of reports to be shared internally & externally. IND AS Financials on Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly basis.

- Handle Invoice generation process and followup for collections.

- Audit- internal Audit, Quarterly Review & Yearly Statutory Audit

- Taxation- Direct tax- TDS, return filing. Indirect Tax- GST

- Payroll & Vendor- Vendor Management vendor payments. Review of monthly payroll processing.
