Finance Controller - Startup

Job Responsbilities:

- Leading Finance for the company.

- Setting up end to end Finance Processes, Internal Controls, Financial Reporting, MIS, Core Accounting, Taxation, Due Diligence, FDI compliances, Annual Audits etc.

- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts and Finance and ensuring timely month and end year process.

Hands on experience in Controllership Skills:

- Accounts Receiavable

- Accounts Payable

- Indirect Taxes (GST, etc)

- Direct Taxes (TDS, etc)

- Statutory Audit

- Book Closing

- Payroll

- Commercial Finance (Vendor Negotiations)

- Funding / Due Dilligence / FDI

- FP&A
