Finance Controller - Retail

Co. : One of the leading co. in Retail Sector into sales of imported luxury Goods

Reporting to: CEO

Team: 8-12

Qualification: CA (preferred) / CWA / CMA / MBA from top B

Experience: 7 to 12 years

Age: below 40 years

Industry: should be from retail or similar format co.

CTC: 16L to 20L

Job Purpose:

- To handle corporate finance team and formulate best-in-class financial and accounting policies & procedures to Contribute to the growth and development of the company

- Provide high quality financial information and analysis, Manage risks and protect the interests of the stakeholders

Key Work Areas:

- Lead budgeting & planning process including long term strategic plans and annual operating plan for the company

- Formulate budget, management reporting, closing of accounts

- Develop financial performance criteria

- Preparation of CMA & projected financial Statements

- Implement accounting policies

- Tax planning and filing of returns for the company

- Ensure adherence to policies, working capital management & cash flows

- Presenting to BoD the financial status through routine reports of the entire organization

- Coordinating with Bankers, Tax consultants & Auditors

- Ensuring all statutory compliances, Risk Management

KPIs:

- Financial: Capital Management, Fund Management, liquidity improvement, tax planning, Variance Analysis, Risk Management

- Internal: Budgets & financial accounts Handling, Taking action based on audit reports, Compliance
