Our client is a leading Process and Project Engineering company with Revenue of US$165 million. They are currently looking for Finance Controller for Pune location. Key Responsibilities : - Helping the proposal team in costing of various jobs for bidding. - Monitoring and analyzing projects from the stage of bid profitability, post engineering profitability, actual profitability and realized profitability. - Monitoring the cash flow cycle for the projects. - Controlling the working capital: Receivables management, controlling DSO, recovery of sticky receivables, coordinating with legal department for filing legal cases for recovery. Monitoring and controlling BU inventory. - Continuously monitoring various bank guarantees (including EMD- s) issued and their timely release. - Preparation of Annual Budget for the BU. - Analyzing monthly accounts (Balance Sheet and P&amp;L Account, Cash Flow) of BU against the budgets and suggest corrective actions to BU Head in consultation with CFO - Assisting BU Head in understanding variances in monthly budgets and actual numbers achieved - Monitoring and assisting BU head in controlling the overheads. - Assisting BU Head in achieving the monthly/quarterly/Annual budget. Required Skills : Education : CA (Qualified)/MBA (Finance) - Strong Knowledge of accounting, taxation- direct and indirect and finance-letter of credits and bank guarantees and Project accounting - Proficiency in SAP, MS Office - Business and Commercial Acumen - Excellent Communication Skills ( Written &amp; verbal) - High level of analytical skills - Ease of working in SAP environment and working on excel for analytics - Risk Management - Conflict Management - Negotiation Skills
