Finance Controller - Online/Internet (Startups experience preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a finance controller to undertake all aspects of financial management including risk management, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

Responsibilities of the role:

1. Set up a financial operations framework for Ultrahuman & ensure compliance.

2. Help track the financial performance of the business on a weekly and monthly basis by improving P&L visibility.

3. Assist in the FP&A month-end close process.

4. Partner with finance-related areas such as Accounting, Tax, and FinOps to guarantee correct allocations and other inputs.

Who we are looking for:

1. Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and technology teams.

2. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative fields.

3. Analytical mindset and know-how of Excel, Zoho, or any other major financial tools.

4. Understanding of financial laws and regulations in India, EU, USA & Middle East.

5. Program management capabilities with great prioritization skills.

6. Affinity towards fitness as a domain and as a lifestyle.

7. Exceptional communication skills.

8. Preference for asynchronous communication (fewer meetings).
