Financial Reporting : Oversee Finance & Accounts daily operations. Ensuring timely audit of accounts (Statutory / internal / Tax)

Banking : Handled working capital arrangements

Treasury : Find Management, Cash Flow management & Capex proposals

Financial Accounting : Customised Financial Accounting System

Tax & Statutory : Compliance of all statutory tax obligations viz excise duty , sales tax, service tax, tds, advance tax corporate tax & all related returns

Insurance Mgt : Risk Management & timely collection of claims.

Liaison : with Bankers, Govt Officials, auditors & Attorney
