We are looking for a seasoned, passionate and self-driven Financial Controller for one of the leading NBFCs. This fast-paced role provides a unique opportunity to drive finance business partnership and strategy at a fast-growing company. As our Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing, developing and overseeing the whole financial management system. Key Responsibilities : - Work closely with the senior leadership team to execute the vision of the Company by providing financial planning, assessing the company's overall financial picture, and understanding their needs to devise an appropriate financial plan - Lead and manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition - Identify and drive revenue enhancement and cost optimization programs - Generate meaningful and actionable insights on the MIS and prepare management for Board meetings and investor discussions - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Generate the monthly MIS and variance analysis - Maintain ongoing relationships with management, keeping them updated about any changes affecting their finances - Ensure timely month-end and year-end close process; Work with Statutory Auditors - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Manage and comply with local, state, and central government reporting requirements and tax filings - Streamline processes and establish management systems to run key initiatives in an agile fashion - Handle credit control with accounts receivable and payable - Manage compliance of direct & indirect taxations, secretarial law & RBI compliance's - Administer the commercial legal contracts with different stakeholders - Provide financial leadership and analytical support to business partners and other members of the finance team Requirement and Qualifications : - Qualification - CA - 5 - 7 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role - 11 - 15 years of combined experience in accounting and finance - Outstanding knowledge and experience in Audits and Compliances - Experience building financial and decision support models, along with strong analytical, problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing dynamic environment - Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels within the organization
