Finance Controller - Medical Care Startup !! Noida

- Our client is an established organization in the domain of Medical care & Diagnostics. They are revolutionizing how Medical care is provided to patients in North India.

- They are a well-funded startup, have multiple care centres and are growing rapidly.

- They are looking for a Finance Controller for their organization to join them as soon as possible.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of the Annual Budget and all Budgeting exercises.

- Working with Business Heads to create and track key business parameters / metrics, such as ARPU and cost/session, profitability, cash flow levels, etc., and report variances on each parameter to the Board.

- Manage all banking relationships.

- Ensure that accounting information is always current and up to date and compliance with monthly timetables and deadlines.

- Preparation and reporting to Board, a periodic MIS for all key metrics as per the Business Plan.

- Ensure income and costs are allocated and tracked at the correct levels.

- Implement, develop and monitor financial policies, systems and procedures and reporting standards.

- Provide analysis on business performance data, such as profitability levels, collections level as per defined standards to Management and shareholders.

- Responsible for commercial controls and compliance across all centres and vendors.

- Preparation of cash flow forecasts and management of working capital flow.

- Development and management of Accounting team.

- Maximization of income and control of expenditure.

To qualify for these positions you should:

- CA / ICWA

- Have at least 6 to 13 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.

- Experience in managing/ leading Financial practice for early to mid-staged start-ups/ companies.

- Experienced in leading exercises in AOP, regular financial management, organization-wide financial planning and tracking of key metrices.

- Have worked directly with all department heads in ensuring adherence to budget and compliances.

- Well-versed with setting up SOPs around contracts, vendors, budget utilization and daily cash flow practices.

- Last but not the least, #Hustle and the vision to build and transform the Company's financial practices in line with the growth levels.

- Have experience in optimizing Financial processes & Controls.

- Have strong personality, great communication and leadership skills.

- Must be a young person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature.

- Be currently from Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.
