Position: Finance Controller

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:

- Central Finance Controller for Plant reviewing plant performance on a monthly basis and resolving plant related issues .

- Central Finance Controller for Warehouses on PAN India Basis.

- Facilitating MIS reporting, monthly closing process and conducting monthly performance review with business heads.

- Responsible for Preparing Consolidated Financials for Both the Plants and All Warehouses PAN India Basis .

- GST compliance and adherence in both the Plants and Warehouses.

- Responsible to control Mfg . Cost of the divisions for both the Plants resulting for Cost optimization and Cost Control .

- Review of Various Variance analysis reports- to ensure the budgeted Wages, RMC and other overheads.

- Co-ordination with Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors- (Finance & Cost Audits)

- Responsible for the Fund Management wrt . to Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables

- Formulating & finalizing budgets & Strategy & Business Plans (Plant wise, Division wise, Department wise and Capex Budgets) in line with the organizational goals .
