Finance Controller - Manufacturing - CA (7-9 yrs)
Finance Controller - Manufacturing
- Managing the accounting and finance departments
- Managing the monthly financial and Board reporting
- Completion of the IAS statements and notes (if applicable)
- Preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports
- Measuring company performance against external and internal benchmarks
- Managing annual budgets and forecasts
- Ensuring compliance to statutory law, finance, and tax regulations
- Overseeing Treasury and Taxation functions
- Managing external banking relationships
- Maintenance and documentation of accounting procedures & policies
- Solving technical accounting issues
- Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks
- Oversee Financial Systems and external providers of systems management and system upgrades
- Identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs
- Team Management including mentoring and staff development
- Working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities
Qualification And Experience :
1. CA is a Must & First Attempt Preferable & should have experience of 5-7 Years in a Manufacturing Industry
2. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
3. Proficiency in GAAP, IFRS, especially IFRS 3, 13 and IAS 27, 28, 40, and IFRIC 15
4. Experience with creating financial statements
5. Ability to motivate and lead teams
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
8. Excellent organisation and administration skills
9. Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking
10. Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
11. Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
