Finance Controller - IT - CA

A) India Finance Controller

B) 5+ yrs of CA (passed out between 2005-2010; preferably 208-2010)

C) 5+ years in IT services industry - must have worked on India accounting including all aspects of tax and statutory compliance. should have handled teams. Must be ready and open to work late evenings occasionally (at least 1-2 days a week) as my reviews n interaction mostly happens between 6-10 pm India time. During monthly n quarterly closure, could go longer

D) Should have handled general Accounting, revenue recognition, Payroll, taxation, GST, audits etc. Must have process knowledge required for this industry and should be strong in controls

E) Should have worked in 1 or 2 ERP systems - exposure to oracle financials is a big plus

F) Should have heavy experience in implementing new systems and processes

G) Should be energetic and hungry to contribute and grow

H) Location is Hyderabad or Pune
