Finance Controller - IT

- Timely and accurate book close, reporting and analytics monthly

- Internal and external audit of India entities

- Prepare, analyse and review the recons to BS monthly

- Consolidation of India entities operationally

- Working with consultants in ensuring statutory compliances including payroll and taxes

- Monitoring and follow up on Accounts receivable

- Work with the global team on optimizing the treasury operations/ cash management

- Optimizing accounts payable

- Oversee payroll processing

- Consolidate some of the global operations like invoicing in India and create and optimize an internal shared service model in India and its Foreign Subsidiaries

- Establishes acceptable accounting procedures in revenue recognition and expense accruals sufficient to effectively control the assets of the company

- Document and implement practices and policies for finance in India in line with company's global policies

Ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with relevant years of PQE, with

- Policy and process driven approach

- Good team management skills

- Ability to propose and implement process and policies

- Strong analytical skills

- Good experience and understanding of ERP environments (NetSuite preferred)

- Self motivated and should collaborate well inter and Inter team in the company
