Position : Finance Controller Location : Pune Company : Internet StartUp(Process Automation) Job Responsibilities : - Provide oversight and direction for financial functions so that transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization's business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, and standards. - Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team to ensure that the organization's financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines. - Work closely with team to Meet Free Cash Flow targets and budget of respective business - Partnering with business across functions to set up efficient process and controls for all growing business and ensure working capital management with strong leadership skills. - Drive finance process like AP, AR, month end closing and Compliance to meet sub functions KRA, accuracy and completeness. - Overview and review regular compliances of NBFC Company (Credit business) - To deal new business arrangement, work around to build strong controls, execution, accounting and reporting of same - Drive revenue assurance function and ensure completeness of revenue and direct cost of various business segment, streamline all revenue and direct cost to avoid any leakage or miss. - Lead the budgeting exercise of Balance sheet and Cash flow, also reporting to the global team. - Assess the opportunity and implement good system in place to automate the manual activities and strengthen or optimize the as is process in controlship function. - Manage relationships with Business and Operations stakeholder and provide solution of their queries, business challenges or any other operational challenges - Manage controllership team and ensure their deliverables - Actively work on development need of team and to enhance their skill and knowledge.
