Finance Controller - Internet/eCommerce (7-16 yrs)
Job Description:-
- Managing accounting operations (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, vendor Payments, General Ledger and Counsel, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition)
- Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported
- Ensuring all reporting is compliant with statutory law and financial regulations
- Managing the audit process and liaising with external personnel as required
- Managing tax compliance and coordinating with external tax consultants
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial reports.
- Cash flow management
- Define standards and procedures for all the accounting process in the company/region
Essential Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
- 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Advanced degree in Accounting
- CA preferred
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
