Finance Controller - Healthcare/Lifestyle (8-15 yrs)
Role:
One of client, an international start up in India is looking for a Financial Controller to manage & lead overall financial accounting, reporting, controllership, internal controls, taxation, audit, MIS, reporting etc. for the company.
This role will work to build, stabilize, improve internal accounts & finance processes. Help company build strong team in such a fast growth stage and manage teams which can take accountability and responsibility.
Candidate's profile :
- Looking for a finance & accounts professional who has manged end-to-end accounts & finance function.
- Must have very good experience in managing & improving processes.
- Must have excellent exposure in managing internal controls & compliance
- Prefer people who have worked with start ups in challenging environment
- If not worked person should be willing and excited to work with a start up
Qualification : CA/ MBA
