Outsiders pls do not apply) - They are Global leader in manufacturing and innovation for the nutraceutical and supplement industries.The scope of the role will include financial planning,reporting, accounting, Compliance, budgeting & cash flow management. - The Role currently will also be part of the leadership working with the CEO & other key leaders in devising the future road map of the organization Key Accountability : - Strategic - Budgeting - Accounting & Compliance - Compliance - Cashflow Management - Implementation of best practices in financial accounting & reporting - Adherence to annual budgeting process and timelines - Adherence to accounting compliance - Compliance to statutory norms - Feedback from Business Division Heads - Maintaining appropriate cash flows for Education : CA / MBA finance from premier institute. Experience : 7-9 years experience in Big4 statutory audit/ FDD Role or a start- up in an FP&A Role. CTC-15-25 Lacs Skills & Competencies : - In depth understanding of business context and challenges - Strong knowledge of financial fundamentals backed by experience in its implementation & challenges thereof - Good communication skills. - Excellent Analytical & presentation skills - Decision Making & Problem solving - Ability to connect the dots and set the processes
