Finance Controller - Healthcare - CA (10-16 yrs)
Urgent Position with a Healthcare Company in Mumbai
Mandatory Qualification: CA with 10 - 15 Years of Experience with Manufacturing Companies
Key Responsibilities :
- Consolidation for various subsidiaries
- Working Capital Management
- Ensure Implementation of Finance and Accounting Policies and Procedures
- Determining effect of potential business decisions on financial policy and bring it to the notice of Senior Management.
- Accomplish MIS strategies by determining accountabilities, communicating, and enforcing applicable norms, values, policies, and procedures.
- Manage all the statutory compliances in coordination with the consultants.
- Set up a process for internal reporting for Revenue and costs for company.
- Quarterly / periodic assessment of accounting operations with respect to set policies, and reporting Variances to the Management.
- Collaborate with the Internal / External Auditors

Skills :
- Experience and knowledge of cost accounting will be an advantage
- Working experience in ERP environment (SAP preferred)
- Expert knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power-point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have analytical ability and clarity of thought
