Finance Controller Head

Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Preparing and publishing timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Accounting Operations: Managing all accounting functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cost accounting.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinating and directing the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and reporting variances.

- Internal Controls: Developing and implementing internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial records and compliance with regulations.

- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and providing insights to management.

- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (like GAAP), tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.

- Take care of FP&A/Business Finance/MIS.

- Participate with the CEO for equity funding initiatives/ provide investor reporting/ deal with investor queries.
