Finance Controller - FMCG - CA (10-12 yrs)
Executive Hiring is looking for a Diversity Talent as Finance Controller for an FMCG, based in Bangalore.
Female, CA with 10-12 years of Post Qualification experience in a Large FMCG/ Automobile / Manufacturing etc.
- We are looking at candidate with Diverse experience in Finance Processes - Such as FP&A, Partnering & Controllership. Controllership experience is mandatory.
- This is a Leadership role and the incumbent is expected to have spent at least 2-3 years in Leadership position.
The role :
Role will be expected to Manage a team of 10 to 12 employees.
- The role provides an in-depth experience on accounting, auditing, controls, risk management, tax, transfer pricing, legal, leadership and talent management.
- The position will be responsible for talent management and growth of 10+ employees (qualified & semi qualified accountants) based in India. The position reports into the Global Controller.
The Key accountabilities are as below:
- Accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting through inhouse team and third parties in adherence to Ind AS & IFRS.
- Co-ordinate month end close process including Trial Balance and Schedules review.
- Preparation of Annual Statutory Financial Statements.
- Coordination with auditors for timely completion of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit
- Lead Risk Management process, complete compliance with the Global Controls Framework & Schedule of Authority.
- Coordination with the Corporate Tax teams on Direct & Indirect Tax compliances - returns, refunds, litigations, WHT & transfer pricing
Key Skills :
- Hands on experience in managing Financials - P/L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statements as per Ind AS of large-size organization
- Strong understanding of risk and controls
- Ability to lead large teams without hierarchy, including demonstrated peer leadership
- Demonstrated process simplification/process excellence experience
- Excellent communication & Stakeholder management skills
