Financial Controller - FinTech - CA (8-12yrs)

About the Role : 

Functional leadership position spearheading financial management in all its aspects for the company's market leading lending platform.

Desired Candidate : 

Financial management expertise preferably in the domain of lending, banking, financial services, financial technology organization

Responsibilities Would Include : 

- Ensuring that all accounting records, FS, BS closure and other financial reports are accurate and duly comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements (RBI/NHB)

- Reviewing and monitoring activities like critical payments, collections, financial systems and GAAP Implementation

- Ensuring that the company complies with all GST & other taxes and that all filings with the respective authorities are done on time and there are no outflows

- Managing Audit (internal/external),

- Financial Planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS Activities

- Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical benchmarks, designing systems, accumulating resources, resolving problems and implementing change.

- Develops projections by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities, projecting acquisition and expansion prospects, analysing organization operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and systems enhancement.

- Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, identifying monetary resources and developing action plans.

Key Candidate Attributes

- Qualified CA with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in financial controls, with experience in team management preferably in a Fin-tech or regulated Financial Services organization

- Experience of working as a Financial Manager / Head / Controller in Fin-tech / NBFC Organization

- Possess thorough understanding of accounting, financial reporting & controller-ship

- Ability to deliver insightful analysis in stringent timelines

- Ability to provide detailed analysis and information on complex queries/problems and communicate to stakeholders on proposed solutions and recommendations

- Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial software preferably Indus - Digital Lending Software.
