Finance Controller - FinTech

Finance Controller @ a fast growing FinTech Company

You should apply if you :

- Have an MBA degree and/or possess either CA (Inter) / M. Com

- Have 2-4 years of experience in a finance role in consumer product firms and have a keen interest in financial services

- Have exposure to start-up environments

- Are able to self-manage your priorities and deliverables while working in a fast-paced environment

- Have supported critical financial planning processes such as growth forecasting, goal setting, budget management, and business performance evaluation

You will :

- Set up a culture of financial discipline - building smart processes for business routines, including evaluating external applications to support these processes as we scale

- Manage and guide external partners who help with our tax/audit requirements

- Build and evolve the financial business model - designing fine-grained forecasting for major expense lines and revenue lines
