Finance Controller - Education/Pre Schools Sector - CA (15-19 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage all company finances
- Assist in the creation of a strategic financial plan
- Budget, forecast and help oversee current and future investments and capital structures
- Advise on methods to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Report to and work with the CEO on all financial matters
- Assess financial risks and work to minimize them, always staying abreast to any changes in the market and communicating them to the CEO
- Create financial reports and ensure company funds are sufficient
- Manage and track budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
- Oversee all fiscal reporting within the company and create monthly budget reports
- Supervise and delegate tasks to financial team
Required Skills:
- CA with prior experience in the education sector/ pre-school sector will be preferable
- 15+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, as a financial controller
- Experience in MIS, Tally and well versed with Indian compliances
Personal Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and resultsorientation.
