Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Monitoring: Oversee the regular and detailed tracking of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet items to ensure alignment with business goals while maintaining strict cost control within expense budgets.

- Expense Management and Analytics: Lead initiatives in managing and analyzing expenses, including a thorough understanding of cost recording processes and systems. This role also involves continuously enhancing and simplifying the methodology for expense allocation across departments.

- Internal Controls and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to protect the company's assets. Ensure adherence to tax regulations, financial laws, and internal policies.

- Insights and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and share detailed insights to actively engage stakeholders and optimize expenses. Provide decision support to senior management in both business and finance through advanced analytics and dashboards.

- Audit Readiness: Ensure the organization is prepared for audits and lead discussions for internal and external audits, following company guidelines.

- Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Macros, SQL, and Management Information Systems (MIS) is essential.
