Finance Controller - eCommerce/Automotive Business

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making in the e-commerce and automotive sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial planning, and internal controls, with leadership experience in managing finance teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.

- Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance and timely completion of audits.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation of tax returns.

- Design and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.

- Prior experience in finance, accounting, or related roles within e-commerce or automotive industries.

- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
