Role : Financial Controller (Female preferred) Work Location : Delhi (Work from Office) Qualification : Qualified CA Experience : 20+ years Max Age : 45 years Industries Preferred - Manufacturing companies in consumer goods with large supply chain like Consumer Durables, FMCG, Pharma or Housing & Building products with large SKUs CTC : Upto 1 Cr Candidate should be stable in companies. Frequent job changes will not be entertained Mandatory Skills : - Indepth of knowledge in IndAS, Financial reporting, M&A accounting and governance. - Exposure of managing team of 50-65 people both Direct & Indirect. - Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement - Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others - Excellent communication and presentation skills Roles & Responsibilities : - Should have hands-on experience of managing Financial Accounting, AR, AP, R2R, Costing, Manufacturing Accounting & Commercial function. - Own, supervise and ensure proper financial and cost accounting in adherence of Indian accounting standards, with timely financial reporting of entity and produce complete financial statements every month. - Develop and present monthly financial hygiene monitoring MIS, review with CFO and track actions with respective cross functional process owners every month. - Ensure processes and supervise proper accounting of Forex transactions, hedging gain/ losses, Channel financing, Vendor Financing and other treasury products including enablement of host-to-host transactions processing. - Compliance of all Accounting Standards, SEBI regulations and company law for financial reporting. - Conduct and timely completion of Quarterly Limited reviews, Annual Statutory audits, Tax audits / TP audits, Internal Audits and Cost audits, enable approval by Board and Shareholders. Co-own the Annual Report for specific sections pertaining the financial results and financial inputs. - Expand and establish a strong shared services function through the constant supervision, guidance and review of transaction processing center team and processes for proper and timely booking of all liabilities, receivables, claims, establish strict internal financial controls, take cognizance of internal audit findings and ensure maintenance of and improvement of agreed service levels. - Oversee, review and monitor the TDS compliances on a monthly/quarterly basis. Ensure full compliance of Direct taxes with timely Advance Tax payments, completion of tax audits, submission of the Direct Tax returns, computation of Corporate Income Tax liability and accounting. - Oversee, review and monitor the Indirect Tax compliances on a monthly/quarterly basis. - Address promptly and close all pending litigations on Direct and Indirect Taxation matters. - Counsel all functions and peers on tax compliance and adherence to tax procedures. - Supervise and monitor the Plant Finance processes and product costing and establish a robust product cost accounting procedures with necessary controls in place. Ensure accuracy of product costing and inventory Valuation across the company. - Create processes, validate proposals and ensure timely approval of all Capital expenditures, with proper business case and ensure proper accounting, reconciliation and timely capitalization of assets, regular monitoring to ensure hygiene and proper control over all Fixed Assets. - Talent and capability Development for keep the function agile and future-fit in ever changing times - Develop self and team continuously updating with latest trends, regulations and best practices and foster collaborative team spirit.
