Job Opportunity: Finance Controller at Commercial EV Manufacturing Company

Our client, a Commercial Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturing company based in Delhi, is seeking a qualified Finance Controller who is a Chartered Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the financial leadership of a fast-growing organization.

Location: Delhi

Work Arrangement: On-site, 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

- Finance and Accounting: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping, and preparation of P&L statements, cash flow reports, balance sheets, and weekly financial summaries.

- Forecasting and Planning: Develop a 13-week cash flow forecast, assist in establishing sales and P&L targets, and contribute to the financial and strategic planning alongside the CEO and leadership team.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely and complete adherence to all tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

- Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with various stakeholders, including investors, vendors, employees, and banking partners, to support the company's growth objectives.

- Working Capital Management: Optimize cash flows to enhance working capital efficiency, ensuring funds are allocated to high-priority activities that drive business contributions.

- Business Growth: Utilize financial controls and strategic planning to incentivize growth, working closely with key leaders to meet business targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial planning or a finance controller role, with a proven track record.

- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in forecasting, risk assessment, and P&L management.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adjust to changing priorities.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a focus on maintaining accuracy across multiple tasks.
