Role - Finance Controller / CFO

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the company's finance functions. 

- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements to management, investors and other stakeholders.

- Managing corporate taxes.

- Formulate, develop and deliver company's overall financial strategy.

- Drive fundraising strategy and ensure that its capital structure is optimal and allows the business to reach its full potential.

- Take ownership of the financial plan and revenue model to drive revenue maximization.

- Develop and lead the annual forecast and budgeting process and assess how best to effectively deploy capital..

- Work closely with the external investors to understand, and deliver against, their governance/reporting requirements. The CFO will operate as a conduit between external investors and the management team.

- Manage legal matters with an in-house and external legal team, compliance and ensure great corporate governance

- Build and oversee strong data as well as accounting, tax, treasury and FP&A functions

- The CFO will work closely with the CEO to identify and evaluate opportunities

- A strong and inspiring communicator, the CFO will act as an advisor and mentor to their direct reports, and drive a culture of excellence, accountability and operational rigour across the company.
