Finance Controller/Chief Financial Officer - CA - Infrastructure Firm

We are hiring for Finance Head/ Finance Controller for a Indian Company funded by PE FUND company from US. They are a Infrastructure firm.

Position will have dual reporting to CEO in India and Finance Lead

Location : Noida

Experience: 14+ years

CTC- INR 40-55 Lac Per Annum

Education- CA Degree is a must

Job Responsibilities

- Direct responsibility for controllership and accounting process.

- Supervising monthly book close as per IFRS and IndAS.

- Preparation of monthly financial statements.

- Supervision and coordination of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit with the Auditing firm.

- Working with IT on ERP implementation.

- Defining Internal Control policies and procedures and ensuring a strong control environment.

- Preparation of reports for presentation to the Board and shareholders.

- Direct & Indirect tax.

- Providing leadership to Finance & Controlling and IT function.

- Project Financing is a must
