Job Description - As the Finance Controller, you would be responsible for financial reporting, internal audit, finance business partnering and costing.
Client Details
Our client is a leading manufacturer in chemicals and have a large set up in India. They are now looking for a Finance Controller (General Manager) to lead the controllership function based out of Mumbai.
Description -
As the Finance Controller, you would be reporting to the CFO. Your key responsibilities would be:
1. Preparation of monthly financials
2. Proactively provide key financial metrics for review with the management
3. Liaising with statutory auditors
4. Internal audit across functions and processes in order to identify cost saving opportunities
5. Finance business partnering - being instrumental in interacting with supply chain, procurement, marketing and other teams to look at costing / pricing related activities
Profile -
As the successful applicant, you are a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 9-12 years of post qualification experience in Indian manufacturing organisations. You have experience working as a finance controller and have handled functions like reporting, internal audit, etc.
Although, candidates from Mumbai would be preferred, applications from PAN India are welcome.
