Finance Controller - CA - Retail/FMCG/Pharma/Healthcare (12-18 yrs)
The incumbent will be part of core management team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Financial accounting, audit and statutory compliance - preparation of multi-entity and consolidated financial statements.
- Budget & Forecasting - coordinate and direct the preparation of annual budget, financial forecasts and report variances.
- Cash flow efficiency - driving initiatives for efficient operating cash flows management and streamline payable and receivables cycles.
- Risk management - ensure coverage against financial as well as operating risks by streamlining of business processes and policies.
- Compliance for direct and indirect tax requirements, secretarial compliance and legal compliance.
- Manage the expectations of the investors through providing them monthly MIS, cash flows statements and legal compliance reports.
- Closely work with all department heads to insure expenditures adhere to legal and budgetary requirements.
- Manage internal & external stakeholders
Qualification and Requirement:
- CA
- Years of experience: 12+ years
- Analytical and problem solving approach
- Team management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Should have good business acumen and leadership skills
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and book keeping procedures.
- Should act as a custodian for regulatory and compliance
- Excellent MS Excel user and administration skills
- Should have handled similar size of operations
