Finance Controller - CA - Real Estate (15-25 yrs)
Location: Kolkata
Reporting To: CFO
Job Functions:
- Oversee and manage all finance and accounting operations
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and report variances.
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Research / resolve technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Systemize and ensure collections of outstanding to maintain cash flow
- Additional controller duties as necessary.
Job Specification:
Office Timings: Regular work shift
Experience: minimum 15 years in financial function
Salary: flexible
Qualification: Charted Accountant (CA) preferred
Industries Required: Hospitality industry preferred
Technical Skills:
- Hands on Knowledge & experience of working on any ERP package
- MS-office with superior excel skills,
Behavioral:
- Financial and Business acumen, able to motivate team and good communication skills.
