Finance Controller - CA - NBFC (6-9 yrs)

Job description :

- Ensure financial statements are prepared in conformity with Indian GAAP, Accounting policies & RBI guidelines with complete analysis and within predefined timelines

- Prepare & circulate financial and operating metrics to support business teams

- Provide thorough analysis of costs at products and function level. Perform trend analysis and varaince analysis against budget & present executable action plan to control costs.

- Provide financial analysis as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations

- Prepare & file regulatory returns and ensure complete compliance with regulatory guidelines

- Lead & manage audits & assessments - internal, statutory, regulatory, Tax authorities etc

- Establish & manage strong internal controls in the company in consultation with functional leaders and Operations/risk teams

- Prepare consolidated financial statements

Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant

- Minimum 6 year of experience in an Accounting, Financial reporting, Controllership.

- Good Excel, powerpoint and database skills

- Srong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills

- Ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines

- Oracle knowledge desirable

- Role is an individual contributor

- IFRS, US GAAP and Indian GAAP knowledge

- Should be a good team player
