Finance Controller - CA - IT

Key Responsibilities:

Management Information system (MIS)

a. Preparing monthly MIS, P&L for senior management and board meetings

b. Identifying and executing on cost control/reduction measures and metrics reporting across geographies.

Budgeting

a. Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows

b. Preparing financial and operational reports, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis in order to control the budget and financial situation of the company.

Accounting and Book Closing ( including Consolidation across forAPAC, ANZ, Europe and LATAM countries)

a. Ensuring in coordination with the Accounting including international team that all the accounting data is
captured properly, accurately and regularly across geographies.

b. Ensuring books of accounts are closed including consolidation within the timelines.

Operations and controls

a. Designing and implementing processes to ensure proper and regular flow of information from different geographies

b. Designing and implementing processes for employee reimbursements and ensuring adherence.

c. Designing and implementing policies for purchase to pay (travel, employee reimbursement, others ) revenue to receivables, fixed assets , cash and bank and ensuring adherence

d. Designing and implementing processes for Payroll along with HR

e. Managing Invoicing, receivables and payables, collection and payment both on clients and vendors

Audit and compliance

a. Ensuring books of accounts are audited within the stipulated timelines. (We can decide on the frequency later).

b. Ensuring compliance with various statutes, acts and regulations across geographies including filing of returns and taxes etc.

c. Co-ordinating set up of entities across various geographies

d. Contributing on legal and secretarial front

Tax and Transfer Pricing

a. Responsible for designing and implementing transfer pricing model across geographies.

b. Responsible for reducing the overall rate of taxation.

Experience: 7-9 years of experience

Skill Sets:

- Need to have experience in the FP&A function for atleast 5 years or is working with one of the big four audit firms for the last 5 years

- Need to have experience in working for international geographies.

- Capable of taking complete ownership with minimal guidance.

Education: Chartered accountant

- Not later than May 2007 pass out

- Preferably first attempt (max 2 attempts)
