Client Details

Our client is a US based MNC in enterprise information management. They have a global revenue of 3+ Billion USD and an employee base of 20000+. In india they have grown their revenue 4 times in last 3 years by the way of inorganic growth.

They are now hiring for a Finance Controller who can set up strong processes and be a part of the growth story of the organization.

Description

Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities would be:

- Managing financial statements and reporting

- Ensuring timely reconciliation and consolidation of accounts

- Ensuring tax compliance (assessment, computing and filing)

- Managing working capital (Cash management and forecasts)

- Managing the systems transition from tally to Oracle

- Ensuring smooth outsourcing of AP and GL activities

- Handling and mentoring a team of 25 - 35 with 5 direct reportees

Profile

You are a Chartered Accountant and have with 8 - 12 years of overall experience and 4-5 years in finance controllership. You have a clear understanding of financial accounting and compliances and a solid theoretical knowledge of key financial concepts. You have the maturity to influence key stake holders and work under pressure while ensuring quality output.
