Qualified Chartered Accountant with min years post qualification work experience

The Candidate MUST have experience in the following :

1) VC Funds raising, handling financial Due Diligence pertaining to that.

2) Managing Investor Relations & Investor Reporting,

2) Worked in a startup/ Ecommerce setup

Should have experience & be able to handle the following :

- Leading Finance Operations- Manage Vendor relationships, manage the full F&A Team

- Controlling of Finance, Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities

- Building Finance Strategy, Planning Cost- Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash Flow

- Monitor all periodic financial reports & MIS

- Core Finance, General Accounting, General Ledger

- Treasury management,

- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports

- Manage financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation

- Taxation, balance Sheet, closing, Financial Statements, Reporting

- Due diligence, Coordinate with the external auditors for statutory Audit

- Analytical Ability, Business Understanding, Strategic thinking

- Performing Risk assessment & management

- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash & liquidity risks.

- Manage Capital Request & budgeting processes

- Control and evaluate the organisation's Fund-raising plans and capital Structure

- Investor relations, Due diligence, Valuation Assessment, Tactical initiatives for finance

- Leading Compliance & Legal
