Finance Controller - CA - BFS (10-15 yrs)
Designation: Finance Controller (10+ years of post qualification experience)
Reporting: COO
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong and consistent accounting and closing procedures that support both business and corporate requirements. Conduct balance sheet and account reconciliation reviews.
2. Oversee the financial integrity and transparency of financial reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with appropriate regulatory & tax bodies.
3. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
- Streamlining sales and receivables collection operations to enable aggressive growth.
4. Drive Finance automation initiatives. Co-ordinate audit activity & provide necessary inputs.
5. Experience in managing Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivables/ Vendor negotiations.
6. Communicate with shareholders. Ensuring statutory compliances is duly followed.
7. Providing inputs for fund raise & leading diligence activities. Managing RBI regulations around foreign investments.
Basic Qualifications
1. Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of post qualification experience.
2. Ability to work in fast paced, growing startup and building finance function ground up. Prior experience in a startup is an advantage.
3. Fund Raising and Investor reporting experience is a MUST.
4. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
