Finance Controller (Looking for Qualified CA)

- Excellent communication, Presentation & Co - ordination skills, Stakeholder Management

- Excellent analytical skills

- MS Office (Excel, power point)

- Exposure to SAP as an end user in FICO module

Management Reporting :

Provide accuracy and transparency to the Management in a timely manner and steer the business by way of regular monitoring and reporting through :

- Monthly Management Reports - plan vs actual costs, investments, manpower, etc

- Monthly and quarterly project status reports

- Steering and guiding the department controllers and ensuring that the reporting is adequate and timely - both at department level and at center level

- Developing appropriate templates for reporting and standardizing the reporting across all departments and at center level

- Adhoc reporting - to the management on need basis

Forecasting :

- Quarterly and half yearly forecasting of costs based on the actual cost booking - by coordinating with other colleagues in controlling team

Actual cost booking :

- Reviewing the actual cost booking for correctness with respect to purchase request, manpower request, travel request, investments,

- Streamlining the provisions - ensuring the correctness of the provisions in co-ordination with the accounts closing team and department controllers

- Regular process improvements to ensure accuracy in cost booking - correct GL, cost center, internal order, etc in adherence to accounting standards

- Guiding the department controllers to standardize the process

Other tasks :

- Improving the processes within the planning cycles and reporting to synchronize the planning with respect to the actual

- Ensuring that the process are followed across all departments by steering the department controllers

- Creation and maintenance of the cost centers, internal orders for tracking costs at project level or for important activities/ events- driving it as a process and ensuring 100% adherence to the process
