Qualification: CA

Salary range: As per industry standards

Experience required: 7-8 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

As Deputy CFO, you will be acting as a shadow of the CFO and assisting in the Finance Controlling activities:

- Annual budgeting & Business plan

- Monthly book closing (Book closing, Assets and Working capital)

- Cash flow management

- Costing

- Statutory compliances

a) Review of audit & IFC implementation

b) Mergers & acquisitions

c) IPO

d) Other compliances:

- Banking & financial management

- Claiming eligible benefits, refunds & schemes

- Inorganic growth

- Team management

- ERP & Systems

- MIS

- Insurance
