Finance Controller - CA (6-9 yrs)
Finance Controller
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review Funds flow and cash flow with management.
- Co-ordinate with Bankers for funding and credit facilities.
- Co-ordinate with customers for Letter of credit and Bank Guarantees
- Identify fund raising opportunities for expansion and working capital management.
- Co-ordinate with customers/suppliers for collection/payments.
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Prepare budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
- Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure all statutory compliance are ensured as per due dates.
- Additional controller duties as necessary
