Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Statutory Auditors (Big 4 auditors) for completion of audit of multiple entities
- Support portfolio entities for information and data pertains to the shareholders
- Reconciliation of related party transactions
- Calculation of management fee
- Assist with various information reporting requirement globally
- Maintain data library in relation to finance department
- Assist with the development, implementation and update process checklists and procedures
- Participate in finance department/company projects and initiatives
- Other special projects
- The ideal candidate is likely to come from a similar role or a CPA firm, demonstrating an aptitude for this breadth of responsibilities, and should possess:
- Chartered Accountant and at least 6-10 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
