Finance Controller - CA (5-10 yrs)
Looking to connect with Chartered Accountants with 5+ years of experience, preferably with start-ups:
This comes with the following pre-requisites:
- Ability to set-up finance process from a scratch and willingness to work in an ad-hoc environment
- Strong understanding of Ind AS and preparation of financial statements in the same
- Tax compliance which includes direct tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing
- AR/AP management, cash flow management and payroll processing
- Legal and secretarial compliance
- Planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS and stakeholder management
- Prior fund raising experience would be an added advantage
