Finance Controller And Business Partner

- Managing the financial reporting for the respective Business unit. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and all statutory financial reporting to Germany.

- Responsible for Indian operations of global IT servicing business unit.

- Providing sound financial support and insights to enable the Management & Executive Leadership team to make critical business decisions

- Pricing: Co-ordinating, assessing, and supporting necessary stakeholders in price determination in line with Transfer Pricing regulation Alignment and Cross-functional coordination working with Accounting, Tax, Legal shared service teams

- Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the respective Business unit is compliant with accounting standards

- Focus on Efficiency improvement, Headcount management for respective Business unit.

- Investment appraisal and analysis

- Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place

- Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis etc.

- Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Additional Information :

- 10 - 12 years experience in Controlling and Business Partnering with a proven record of success

- Team Handling experience of 2-3 employees

- Proven ability to work with international teams across globe.

- German language is an added advantage.

- Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analyses

- Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage stakeholders at all levels

- Advanced computer software skills, SAP, Hyperian system, Power BI, Excel and MS power-point.
