Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to optimize cash flow and cost efficiency.

- Provide insights and recommendations on capital allocation and investment opportunities.

Business Finance & Operations:

- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to drive business decisions.

- Monitor and improve financial performance metrics and KPIs.

- Ensure proper fund allocation for different business units and projects.

- Collaborate with business heads to support revenue growth and cost optimization.

Investor Relations:

- Act as a primary liaison between the company and investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.

- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and insights for investors, board members, and leadership teams.

- Maintain transparency in financial communications and investor updates.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, legal teams, and regulatory bodies.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance, including tax laws, SEBI guidelines, and IFRS/GAAP standards.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls.

- Supervise audits and financial due diligence processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- Experience: 10+ years in financial leadership roles, preferably in the IT industry.

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investor relations, and compliance.

- Proficiency in ERP and financial management software.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
