Finance Controller - BFSI (3-5 yrs)
looking For Finance Controller
Job Role/Purpose:
The position will be responsible for driving financial performance management and increase stakeholders value in accordance with accepted accounting principles and keeping in line with the goals and objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly closure of books, preparation of financial statements;
- Handling and arranging working capital requirements and managing the treasury Liasioning with banks for resource raising;
- Payroll management and related statutory compliances;
- Developing adequate credit control mechanisms and ensuring compliance with budgets and cash flow targets;
- Prepare monthly variance analysis between actual expenses against the approved budgets;
- Review accounting practices/processes with intent to increase automation and shorten reporting timelines;
- Implementation of new business plans and terms with vendors;
- Managing internal and external audits;
- Providing structured financial solutions to raise and sustain working capital - term loans and equity finance;
- Implementation of company's financial strategy - planning, budgeting & forecasting;
- Presentation of financial information to stakeholders, potential investors;
- Handling direct and indirect taxes compliances
Desired Skills and Traits:
- Exceptional knowledge and skills in the area of corporate finance and treasury management
- The hands-on approach to taxation and regulatory issues
- Expertise in accounting modules
- Working knowledge of legal and secretarial matter.
Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years finance/Account
Qualification: Chartered Accountant & MBA in Finance
