Finance Controller - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

Bangalore Job Code: 997340

- Leading the financial planning and analysis for the business

- Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast process

- Prepare Monthly dashboards, MIS, Key metrics

- Perform variance analysis - revenue, rate, volume, product mix, gross profit, overheads)

- Track actual working capital and capex spend against budget

- Develop costing process and tracking of budget vs actuals project margins

- Responsible for overall controllership activities

- Lead revenue recognition process - project percentage of completion method

- Responsible for month end closing process, analysis of trial balance, general ledgers, journal entries, preparation of general ledger schedules

- Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures

- Periodic review of payables and receivables

- Setting up and standardizing adequate internal controls across cross functional teams

- Assist in documentation of standard operating procedures and monitoring of internal controls

- Conduct periodic inventory and fixed asset verification

- Assist with ERP implementation and transition

- Lead internal and statutory audits

- Lead statutory and tax compliance requirements

- 2-3 years similar work experience

- Good inter-personal and communication skills, team player

- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Technical Skills:

- Good experience in SAP, MS - Excel and MS - Word

- Candidate with experience in Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
