Finance Controller

We have an opening as a Finance Controller with one of our client.

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

1. Finance control, general accounting; timely closure of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, financial reporting and compliances. Ad-hoc reporting and MIS activities.

2. Manage direct and indirect taxation with returns and tax audits. Month end closure and statutory compliances, with filings.

3. Monitor/ report monthly operating results against the budget. Improve P&L, and review business cases. Enhance projections.

4. Co-ordinating and preparing schedules for various audits, certifications and track relevant regulations, circulars and deadlines. Manage regulatory issues.

5. AP, BRS, Payroll and employee reimbursements, depreciation and accruals and petty cash at locations. Improve P2P, and O2C. Managing vendors.

6. Systems & process improvements. Enable operational efficiency through systems, technology, automation etc. Recommend best practices to make financial and operational processes and implement efficient and effective internal controls with IFC.

7. Prepare reports, recons, trackers, quarterly consolidated accounts, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

8. Banking and cash / treasury Management.

9. Undertake departmental and organization-wide initiatives.

10. Work with the CFO for structuring F&S team. Closely work with other colleagues.
